There were so many things that impressed me about Southern Homes Remodeling Company, Inc.; however, the honesty and professionalism of Sid Albert, the owner, impressed me more than anything else. As I was pointing out items that I wanted changed while Sid and I were walking through my home, Sid was taking notes and making sketches. He also gave me his honest opinions about some things that I wanted changed that perhaps shouldn't be changed; and when he explained why, I was in complete agreement with him. When he sent me his proposal, all the changes to be made were listed in detail, along with drawings, and prices for each change.
